This opportunity is for multiple sales and estimation profiles within an engineering and construction business that handles projects across India. The positions combine technical costing, tender preparation, and client-facing business development to help win and execute MEP-related projects.

Core scope

  • Raise RFQs, obtain vendor and subcontractor quotations, and compare commercial offers.
  • Create techno-commercial proposals, compliance documents, and bid submissions.
  • Prepare tender study reports, clarify document gaps, and manage technical clarifications with clients and consultants.
  • Use value engineering to bring the project cost in line with budget expectations.
  • Review tender documents for completeness and identify key commercial and technical requirements before submission.

Coordination and follow-up

  • Work with design, costing, procurement, project, and execution teams to keep estimates accurate and practical.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for clarifications, pricing inputs, and technical data.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations, support post-sale communication, and help maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Assist management during commercial discussions and contract finalization.
