Role overview

This is a strategic global enablement position supporting a distributed enterprise sales organization operating at scale. The role centers on improving how sophisticated technical offerings across cloud, AI, and enterprise infrastructure are positioned and sold. You will act as a key partner to Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, turning company strategy into practical field execution. The work combines program design, training, sales tooling, and performance analysis to lift productivity, shorten ramp time, and improve win rates.

The position is being handled on behalf of a partner company, which will manage applications and the subsequent hiring steps. The successful candidate should be based in Germany.

Key accountabilities

  • Build and run global sales enablement initiatives that strengthen sales productivity, consistency, and commercial results.
  • Create onboarding and continuous learning programs that help new hires become productive faster and improve performance across regions.
  • Develop advanced sales motions, competitive intelligence, and value-led messaging for enterprise sales teams.
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing to convert technical capabilities into clear, compelling commercial stories.
  • Oversee and improve enablement platforms and systems, including CRM, LMS, and other related tools that support field execution.
  • Facilitate training, coaching, and workshops covering sales methodology, product positioning, and best-practice execution.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on enablement impact through data-driven insights and performance metrics.
  • Plan and coordinate worldwide training activities, including virtual and in-person enablement sessions and events.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, GTM strategy, or a similar commercial function.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling enablement programs in fast-moving or high-growth environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, with the ability to coach teams on structured selling approaches.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations in cross-functional settings.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability, including the capacity to simplify complex technical ideas.
  • Hands-on experience with enablement tools such as Salesforce, LMS platforms, and analytics or productivity software.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to assess program effectiveness using performance data.
  • Comfort working in global, distributed, and multicultural environments.
