Job description
About Tarte Cosmetics
Tarte is a fast-growing U.S. beauty brand known for high-performance, naturally inspired formulas. Founded nearly 25 years ago by Maureen Kelly, the company was built around cruelty-free, easy-to-use products made with ingredients that are good for you and designed to deliver strong results. The line is created without many of the commonly avoided ingredients such as parabens, mineral oil, and phthalates. The brand is 85% vegan overall, and its skincare range is fully vegan. It is also recognized as the leading concealer brand in the U.S.
The company sells through stores in more than 20 countries and ships to over 50 countries through its website. Giving back is also central to the brand, with support for teacher wishlists, leadership and entrepreneurship programs, the Shape Your Future small business awards, and the Heart to Tarte nonprofit focused on female empowerment, underserved communities, environmental protection, animal rescue, disaster response, and health and wellness. The brand also sources ingredients directly from cooperatives and helped establish an all-female maracuja cooperative in the rainforest.

- Self-driven, dedicated, and focused on achieving goals.
- Ability to manage a schedule that includes visits to multiple stores.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed.
Perks
