The house continues to redefine French elegance through fragrances, makeup, and skincare, blending heritage with innovation to bring beauty, joy, and modern luxury to life. The brand is part of the LVMH Group and invites talented professionals to contribute to its North America teams.

Role summary

The Sales & Education Executive will support the US Field Sales organization by growing business in a designated market through the execution of brand plans across open-sell retail partners such as Sephora and Ulta. The position is centered on delivering strong sales outcomes, meeting and surpassing CRM expectations, developing Dior brand ambassadors, strengthening retailer relationships, and protecting the Dior image at store level. Regular in-store presence is essential to improve sales performance and client experience.

This role works in close partnership with retailer beauty advisors, store leadership, sales, HR, merchandising, retail education, retail excellence, and retail events teams. The position reports to the Area Manager and oversees Market Leads, Selling Specialists, and Freelancers.

Business strategy

  • Build and carry out a market-specific plan to hit and exceed sales targets while supporting brand priorities, revenue growth, market share, rank, and distribution.
  • Work with the Area Manager to make decisions informed by market conditions, trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to strengthen CRM performance, brand presentation, assortment, inventory, and broader business goals.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of retailer CRM programs and Dior.com initiatives to enhance the omnichannel customer journey.
  • Ensure launch execution, visual merchandising, and overall brand presentation are delivered consistently and to a high standard.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and annual action plans aligned with commercial priorities and events.
  • Manage field investment wisely by improving Selling Specialist productivity, handling travel and entertainment reconciliation, and using allotted budgets effectively in stores.
  • Take ownership of profitability and return on investment, with awareness of profit-and-loss impact where relevant.

People management and development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire internal and external brand ambassadors to reflect Dior values and meet performance goals.
  • Develop the capabilities of freelance associates, Market Leads, multi-brand beauty consultants, and store teams through targeted coaching and productivity support.
  • Help attract, hire, and grow talent while supporting retention and succession planning for strong performers.
  • Drive the consistent rollout of Dior tools, products, services, and brand elevation programs, including follow-up on training initiatives.
  • Carry out field visits as approved by management to provide practical coaching and support, especially in key-volume doors and markets supported by freelancers.
  • Use product knowledge, service expertise, and artistry skills to coach teams through side-by-side selling and active floor support.
  • Improve productivity in specialty and multi-retail environments through engagement, training, operational discipline, and effective freelance leadership.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of sales management and team leadership experience in a retail setting; experience in luxury or cosmetics is preferred.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to grow.
  • Strong makeup application ability, backed by a portfolio or proven experience across different skin tones, ages, and skin types.
  • Solid knowledge of fragrance, including fragrance families, notes, and how scent influences customer choice.
  • Preferred presence and engagement on social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to support business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management capability to guide and motivate teams.
  • Ability to model best practices and coach others toward excellent client service.
  • Good business judgment with the ability to review data and turn it into action.
  • Comfort working independently and managing several priorities at once.
  • Strong digital fluency, including tools such as Outlook, Power BI, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted business relationships.
  • Excellent organization, scheduling, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
