Job Summary
The Sales Director for the Southeast Asia (SEA) region will lead and mentor the sales teams, overseeing sales strategies to meet both qualitative and quantitative targets, ensuring profitability and high customer satisfaction for Fluke products across SEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting assigned order intake, shipments, profit margins, and other related objectives covering all Fluke product lines across SEA.
- Establish clear sales goals, segment-wise and territory-specific targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust distribution network throughout SEA, balancing direct sales channels and e-commerce to maximize market coverage.
- Monitor sales performance continuously and implement strategies for improvement where needed.
- Build and nurture a professional commercial team within the SEA countries, supporting career growth and retaining key talent in collaboration with HR and management.
- Motivate and engage the sales team by fostering a culture aligned with company values and high business standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Over 15 years of experience in industrial sectors with technical expertise, including at least 5 years in sales management; leadership experience is preferred.
- Proficient in CRM usage, sales funnel management, data analytics, and digital sales tools.
- In-depth understanding of Southeast Asian markets and cross-cultural business practices.
- Track record of successfully managing multi-country sales operations and achieving growth targets.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, customer-centric, well-organized, and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams with precision and accuracy.
- Creative and open to new ideas and approaches.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Willing to travel up to 50% within the SEA region.
