Position Overview
We seek a seasoned sales leader specializing in LED displays who has demonstrated success in acquiring significant, custom, high-end LED display contracts and managing key accounts. This senior position emphasizes pioneering new business opportunities, securing strategic accounts, fostering industry relations, and closing lucrative LED display deals throughout North America. This role requires a focused expert specifically in LED display sales rather than general AV or digital signage.
Key Duties
- Drive revenue growth by uncovering and securing new opportunities within North America.
- Identify and capture major LED display projects and essential integrator partnerships.
- Cultivate relationships with developers, consultants, integrators, contractors, and operators of venues such as malls and stadiums, as well as end users.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation through negotiation to contract closure.
- Utilize existing industry contacts to unlock early revenue streams.
- Partner effectively with ClearLED’s engineering, design, project management, and executive teams to craft compelling solutions.
- Keep precise CRM records and maintain transparency of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and account strategies.
- Represent ClearLED at client engagements, trade shows, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management within the LED display industry.
- Proven track record closing deals for custom, large-scale, premium, or landmark LED projects.
- Established professional network in the LED display sector.
- Existing active account relationships or readily accessible market opportunities.
- Successful history of initiating new accounts and generating tangible revenue.
- Experience handling complex B2B sales processes.
- Strong technical understanding of LED display technologies, project requirements, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and senior-level presentation capabilities.
- Self-driven with ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
