About the role

PartSpace is an ambitious technology company focused on reshaping industrial parts sourcing with the help of artificial intelligence and real engineering data. Its cloud platform is designed to make procurement for industrial components smarter and more efficient, with an engineering-led approach at its core.

The company is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive growth in the B2B SaaS space. This role is set up for a flexible remote working model and offers the chance to make a real impact from day one in a fast-moving environment where responsibility, collaboration, and initiative matter.

What you will do

  • Identify the right enterprise prospects across the DACH region and reach out through a mix of inbound and mainly outbound channels.
  • Independently research target accounts, develop them strategically, and build a strong, long-lasting pipeline.
  • Conduct structured discovery and qualification conversations, uncover key pain points quickly, and set the stage for longer enterprise sales cycles.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders to create trust and expand the customer network.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, hand over qualified opportunities, and help prepare the next steps in the deal process.
  • Use a multi-channel outreach approach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events with highly personalized messaging that adds real value.
  • Manage your performance against clear KPIs such as outreach activity, meetings with decision-makers, and conversion rates.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to feed learnings back into messaging, campaigns, and positioning.
  • Keep the CRM pipeline in HubSpot accurate, structured, and up to date.
  • Support account expansion and stay closely connected to customers even while deals are in progress.

What we are looking for

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship, a university degree such as business administration or business informatics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales professional, with a solid understanding of outbound selling.
  • Exposure to industrial business, supply chain, procurement, or complex software solutions is a strong plus.
  • The ability to quickly understand complicated topics and explain them in a clear, practical way.
  • A proactive attitude, comfort with cold outreach, and resilience when facing rejection or pushback.
  • A structured way of working, strong self-management, and a performance mindset guided by numbers.
  • The ability to build trust quickly with both operational contacts and senior decision-makers.
  • Openness to feedback, a desire to improve continuously, and comfort with transparent KPI-based evaluation.
  • A hands-on mindset, ownership mentality, and collaborative team spirit.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
