Role purpose

SentinelOne is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support enterprise growth across the META region. In this position, you will connect Marketing and Sales by identifying promising leads, qualifying opportunities, and helping build a healthy pipeline for the enterprise sales team.

What you will do

  • Introduce SentinelOne to enterprise prospects across Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Source and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and campaign activity.
  • Respond to incoming interest while also creating new outbound opportunities.
  • Learn customer needs, commercial context, and how decisions are made within target accounts.
  • Adapt messaging and solutions so they resonate with enterprise buyers.
  • Build durable relationships with important stakeholders.
  • Set up qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to move opportunities forward.
  • Work closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure smooth transitions and shared priorities.
  • Share pipeline updates, activity metrics, and results with the Business Development Manager.
  • Keep up to date on product capabilities, competitors, and market developments.

What we are looking for

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
  • Background in Sales Development, Account Executive, or another lead generation-focused role.
  • Comfort and confidence with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Evidence of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Working familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
  • Practical Excel skills for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building ability.
  • Capability to deliver convincing presentations.
  • A self-starter attitude and a collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for learning and growth.
