Role Overview

This inbound sales role focuses on qualifying opportunities and driving pipeline across the EMEA region. The position involves working closely with marketing and internal stakeholders to shape regional demand-generation efforts, refine sales processes, and contribute to playbooks that support the broader sales motion.

Key Duties

  • Develop a deep understanding of Notion’s product and how it compares with alternatives in the market.
  • Design and run strategic inbound outreach and conversion campaigns.
  • Partner with the marketing team on initiatives tailored to regional audiences.
  • Use established sales qualification methods to assess potential opportunities.
  • Keep CRM data current, complete, and well organized.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and help define effective outbound/inbound operating practices.
  • Take responsibility for pipeline-generation tactics and the strategic approach behind them.

Required Profile

  • Fluent English plus proficiency in at least one additional language.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-moving startup setting.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Competitive drive combined with a collaborative mindset.
  • Background in Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development roles.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging and customer narratives.
  • Comfort with uncertainty, a positive approach to challenges, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation and Hiring Notes

The role is eligible for competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. Total on-target earnings for this position are estimated at €70,000 per year, and final compensation may vary depending on location, role scope, complexity, experience, and expertise.
