Role Overview
Notion’s business follows a “land and expand” model, where users often begin on the free product and later grow into larger team and enterprise use cases. In many cases, the users and champions are different from the people who approve enterprise purchases. The Demand Generation team helps connect sales, marketing, and operations to identify, engage, and convert decision makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
As a Demand Generation Campaign Manager, you will work closely with the global sales team to understand priority focus areas and partner with the broader Demand Generation function to scale the sales-assist motion. You will own campaign strategy and execution for sales-assist audiences, direct mail, ecosystem co-marketing, and other programs tied to pipeline contribution. This is a high-impact role centered on delivering measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Build a strong understanding of Notion’s product, users, and buyer journey and use that knowledge to shape strategy in partnership with the Head of Enterprise Demand Generation.
- Lead the strategy, delivery, and results for targeted account programs that engage key accounts and buying groups throughout the purchase journey.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to design tailored account plans and highly relevant programs that support progression from prospecting through close and expansion.
- Measure and report on key outcomes such as leads, pipeline contribution, program performance, and revenue influenced, while turning results into practical insights.
- Collaborate with Operations and BizTech teams to improve how go-to-market systems are used.
- Contribute to a range of pipeline-supporting initiatives, including events, digital campaigns, direct mail, and related programs.
Qualifications and Working Style
- 8+ years of experience in related marketing roles.
- You are a resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable creating programs without a ready-made playbook.
- You perform well when situations are unclear and can make sound decisions quickly as priorities change.
- You like testing ideas, learning fast, and balancing scrappy execution with thoughtful strategy.
- You collaborate effectively across sales, operations, and creative teams and can bring people together around shared goals without formal authority.
- You think in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just awareness or top-of-funnel activity.
- You are open to using AI as part of your day-to-day work and are curious about how it can improve marketing output.

Compensation
Notion offers competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. Pay is determined by several factors, including location, role scope, complexity, experience, and expertise. For positions based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range is $174,000 to $205,000 per year.
