Key Duties

• Guide walk-in and referred patients through available hair and skin treatment options.
• Assess patient concerns and suggest appropriate treatment packages.
• Ethically convert consultations into finalized sales agreements.
• Clearly communicate treatment processes, pricing structures, and anticipated outcomes to patients.
• Follow up on potential leads and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Address patient questions and overcome objections with confidence.
• Keep detailed records of all consultations, sales conversions, and follow-up interactions.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.
