About the Role
Lexus of East Auckland is seeking a seasoned automotive sales consultant to enhance our expanding team at a modern, purpose-built dealership that opened in March 2025. Having significantly increased our local Lexus market share from 6% to over 21%, we offer a unique opportunity beyond a typical sales job. You will join a motivated and high-achieving group that proudly represents a globally respected luxury vehicle brand and fosters lasting relationships with loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities & Job Scope
- Leverage automotive sales expertise to drive new and repeat business
- Provide customers with exceptional service tailored to premium luxury clientele
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships that build brand loyalty
- Represent Lexus’s high standards and uphold the company’s luxury brand image
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Demonstrated success in automotive sales roles
- Strong passion for delivering a superior customer experience
- Aptitude for fostering long-term customer connections
- Motivation to represent an esteemed luxury marque
- Desire to achieve remarkable sales results
- Experience with premium automotive brands such as Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, or Land Rover is highly valued but not mandatory
