About the Role

Gurudev Motors, dealers of Skoda passenger cars located in Ambattur, India, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team. This role involves greeting and assisting customers interested in purchasing new cars, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the current car inventory to effectively promote sales, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers throughout their car shopping experience.
• Develop detailed knowledge of available car models to support sales efforts.
• Identify customer requirements through effective questioning.
• Support customers during test drives to enhance purchase consideration.
• Work alongside the Sales Manager to create appealing offers.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or sales roles, with a preference for those experienced in product or service promotion to new clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to conduct compelling sales presentations.
• Advanced interpersonal abilities for effective customer interaction.
• Skillful time management to meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Ability to accurately assess and align with customer needs.
• Open to fresh graduates as well.
