About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented B2B Sales Consultant to expertly convert client inquiries into successful advisory solutions in estate planning. This position requires understanding clients' needs, delivering knowledgeable guidance on wills and estate planning, and managing the entire consultation journey to foster client satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with potential clients to assess their estate planning requirements and offer tailored advisory services
- Perform comprehensive consultations detailing wills, trusts, succession planning, and associated offerings
- Oversee the complete client journey from initial discussion to deal closure and subsequent follow-ups
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing professional, compassionate, and compliant advice
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Documentation, Operations, and Compliance to ensure smooth service execution
- Keep precise records of client interactions and track consultation results using CRM tools
- Meet personal revenue and conversion goals while ensuring premium service quality
- Remain informed on estate planning regulations, legal updates, and industry best practices for accurate advisory delivery
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a similar discipline; Master's degree is advantageous
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in consulting, advisory services, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within legal, financial services, or estate planning sectors
- Demonstrated capability in handling client consultations and successfully closing advisory engagements
