We invite an energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our team at CB Shah & Co., primarily focused on driving sales through telephone communication while fostering strong customer relationships. The role demands excellent verbal communication and interpersonal prowess, ensuring proficient product or service presentations over calls alongside adept handling of customer queries and concerns.

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted sales volumes and business growth objectives.
• Accurately enter and update customer information within the company's database.
• Establish and nurture rapport with prospective clients to generate new business.
• Maintain detailed records of sales calls and transactions while noting vital information.
• Compose and send quotations and presentations to prospective clients via email.
• Refer potential clients to the field sales team when appropriate.
