About the Role
JusticeSure's client, PrimeTech Security, is seeking a meticulous and customer-oriented Sales Cashier to join their expanding team. This role involves handling sales transactions, assisting customers, maintaining precise financial documents, and enhancing customer experience utilizing Justicesure’s Kontrol business software.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer payments through POS and other payment methods integrated with Justicesure software.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and compile daily sales reports.
- Manage cash drawer balances and reconcile transactions at day’s end.
- Address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with inventory management and stock audits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of financial and customer data.
Requirements
- Possess OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
- Have between 1 to 3 years of experience as a cashier, in retail, or sales administration.
- Exhibit strong numerical aptitude and analytical capabilities.
- Be proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and keen attention to detail.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
