Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate, drive, and manage business-to-business sales presentations and opportunities.
  • Review and analyze completed sales contracts to identify and target promising B2B sales leads.
  • Meet established sales velocity budgets and achieve target quotas.
  • Oversee sales collections and actively participate in meeting monthly collection targets.
  • Manage the overall customer sales journey, establishing clear protocols for all client-facing interactions.
  • Negotiate and prepare sales documentation and reports, ensuring follow-up and feedback mechanisms are in place.
  • Cultivate and deepen networks with potential sales partners, clients, institutions, and stakeholders to enhance sales conversions and secure ongoing referrals.
  • Promote the BlackIvy and IndigoHomes brand by conveying organizational values and mission in all messaging.

Strategic Sales Functions

  • Engage in the design and implementation of sales initiatives to maximize order bookings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to safeguard current sales and identify future growth prospects.

Sales Execution Duties

  • Achieve challenging sales targets independently and within the sales team framework.
  • Initiate engagement with potential clients and maintain comprehensive databases of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Coordinate and conduct model home viewings and site visits tailored for prospective buyers.
  • Advise clients on suitable mortgage or self-financing options to enable purchase decisions.
  • Identify and participate in relevant networking and sales events to generate leads.
  • Keep the sales team informed of promotions, procedural updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze consumer needs, refine target markets, collaborate with partners, and gather competitive intelligence to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain strong relations with partners such as brokers and property consultants to ensure enhanced market reach.

Sales Support Duties

  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support to customers involved in the project.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records regarding sales activities and customer data.
  • Follow up diligently on any outstanding collections to meet financial targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a minimum of five years of professional experience.
  • Hold a university degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills, including listening attentively to clients.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Have sound organizational and time management capabilities with experience executing sales plans.
  • Show foundational skills in quantitative analysis, business process management, financial management, and general analytics.
  • Bring prior experience in sales planning, reporting, and the strategic development of outreach and sales processes.
