Position Overview

The Sales Associate at Spencer's holds the responsibility of upholding guest service excellence aligned with company standards, while actively assisting the Store Management Team. This multifaceted role encompasses driving sales, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, managing merchandising, signage, pricing, operating the POS system, and enforcing loss prevention measures, all in strict compliance with company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an hourly wage between 17.85 and 18.10 Canadian dollars, based upon the individual's qualifications and experience.
