Job Overview

This position focuses on boosting sales within the store by assisting customers in choosing products, delivering exceptional service, and aiding in reaching overall store sales objectives.

Key Duties

• Meet personal sales goals contributing to 100% attainment of store targets.
• Support customers throughout their product selection tailored to their preferences and requirements.
• Enhance sales through up-selling and cross-selling to increase average bill size and units per purchase.
• Stay informed on current products, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate customer information.
• Welcome customers courteously and engage with them during their visit.
• Offer detailed product insights including materials, designs, and care instructions particularly for imitation jewellery.
• Address customer inquiries effectively to guarantee a satisfactory shopping experience, aiming for customer satisfaction scores of 90% or higher.
• Arrange products according to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in restocking on the shop floor and notify management about inventory levels and fast-moving items.
• Ensure assigned store sections are tidy and orderly.
• Help at the billing counter during busy periods if needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed 10th or 12th grade education.
• Up to three years of experience in retail sales; candidates without prior experience but with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
