About the Role
For the Bamberg location, we are looking for a full-time retail sales associate who enjoys customer interaction, keeps the store running smoothly, and contributes to an inviting shopping experience. The role is part of a growing retail network with a friendly, informal culture from day one.
What You Will Do
- Provide knowledgeable, customer-focused advice to create a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store at all times.
- Implement sales-promoting actions in a creative and effective way.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including stocking merchandise, marking prices, and handling checkout duties.
What We Are Looking For
- A completed retail training program is preferred, along with initial work experience in the field.
- Career changers with strong motivation and an interest in retail are also welcome.
- You should bring a friendly manner, enjoyment in working with people, and an independent, efficient work style.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a strong sense of reliability are essential.
- An interest in motorcycles is desirable, or at least curiosity about the topic and a willingness to learn more.
