Sales Associate

Role Overview

The Sales Associate at Spencer's is tasked with upholding exemplary guest service standards as set by the company. This position supports the Store Management Team through various responsibilities including sales generation, merchandising, pricing, signage, operating the POS system, housekeeping, and loss prevention while strictly following all company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wages range from 17 to 17.85 Canadian dollars based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Benefits provided include eligibility for contest prize awards, access to an Employee Assistance Program, and a 30% discount on merchandise. All bonuses, awards, and benefits depend on meeting qualification criteria.

Physical and Eligibility Requirements

The role requires physical capability to climb ladders, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk for up to eight hours during scheduled shifts. Candidates must be at least 17 years old to be considered.
