About the Role
Skechers is seeking an enthusiastic retail team member to join the Wellington Airport Precinct store in Wellington, New Zealand. In this position, you will work closely with the store leadership team to help lift sales, keep operations running smoothly, and contribute to the overall performance of the store.

What You’ll Do
- Support the management team in day-to-day retail operations.
- Help drive sales and contribute to the store’s commercial results.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience that leaves shoppers with a memorable impression.
- Work as part of a lively, fast-moving team environment.
- Assist in meeting and improving store targets through strong service and selling skills.
