Role Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-store customer service while showcasing premium footwear and related products.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Handle and process substantial stock volumes efficiently.
- Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders accurately and on time.
- Help keep store operations running smoothly, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning tasks.
- Bring a consistently positive, can-do mindset to support customers and the team.

- Retail experience is an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent service and a memorable shopping experience.
