Role Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding in-store customer service while showcasing premium footwear and related products.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Handle and process substantial stock volumes efficiently.
• Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Help keep store operations running smoothly, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning tasks.
• Bring a consistently positive, can-do mindset to support customers and the team.
