Role overview
For the ZARA store in Konstanz at the Lago Center, we are looking for a sales assistant / retail associate (m/w/d) to join the team part-time, with the option to work full-time as well. The position is permanent and starts from 25 hours per week.
Your impact in the store
Working in a store is about pace, judgment, and collaboration. The environment is dynamic, fashion-led, and shaped by every person on the team.
In this role, you will contribute far beyond the transaction itself. You will observe the floor, support customers with advice, and actively help shape the store experience while also backing up your teammates.
