Job description
Role overview
For the ZARA store in Osnabrück, we are looking for a Sales Assistant / Sales Associate (m/f/d) to support both part-time and full-time schedules starting from 25 hours per week. In this store role, fashion is fast-moving, collaborative, and hands-on. The position goes beyond simple selling: you will observe customer needs, provide guidance, actively shape the store environment, and support both customers and colleagues in day-to-day operations.
What the job involves
You will help keep the store running smoothly, contribute to the overall shopping experience, and bring energy, judgment, and teamwork to the floor. The role is central to creating a vibrant retail atmosphere where the store comes alive through customer interaction and team effort.
What the company is looking for
The team is described as curious, creative, and open to trying new approaches. They are seeking people who enjoy a fast pace, live and breathe fashion, and add value through their personality and way of working.
Benefits and compensation
The position includes an attractive pay package with holiday bonus and Christmas bonus, plus 30 vacation days per year. From the start, you will receive structured training and access to real development opportunities. Additional benefits include a 25% employee discount across all INDITEX brands, a free M membership with Urban Sports Club, and other partner offers. Free period products are available in every store. The company also offers a “Family Start Time” benefit, giving additional shared time for partners in the event of birth or adoption.
Culture and inclusion
The workplace is designed to give you room to grow, develop your own ideas, and learn as part of everyday work. Mistakes are treated as part of the learning process, and every contribution is valued. The company emphasizes diversity, actively supports the LGBTQIA+ community, promotes equal opportunity, and includes support for people with disabilities as part of its identity.
Application note
This is presented as the start of your story with the company. Interested candidates are invited to apply and show who they are.
