Role overview
For the ZARA store at the Minto Center in Mönchengladbach, we are looking for a Sales Assistant / Verkäufer*in (m/w/d) to join the team in part-time or full-time, starting from 25 hours per week.
In this position, the store is a dynamic place shaped by pace, choices, and teamwork. Fashion is brought to life here, and every person in the team helps make that happen.
Your contribution goes beyond traditional selling: you keep an eye on what is happening on the floor, support customers with advice, help shape the store experience, and work closely with your colleagues.
What the role involves
- Observing the store environment and responding to what is needed in day-to-day operations.
- Supporting customers with thoughtful, service-oriented advice.
- Helping actively shape the store and contribute to its presentation and flow.
- Working collaboratively with the team and being available for both customers and colleagues.
