Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to elevate the in-store customer journey. In this role, you will introduce clients to the Golden Goose world, share the brand story and values, and help them create a personalized look that reflects their style and personality.

What You Will Do

  • Support shoppers in finding looks that match their personal style while contributing to store performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business goals.
  • Drive the selling process by sharing product knowledge, suggesting complementary items, and using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Build strong client relationships and make customers feel part of the brand community by using omnichannel methods, digital tools, and tailored communication to send updates, suggestions, and personalized offers.
  • Help maintain the store’s visual appeal and keep displays aligned with brand guidelines and presentation standards.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing duties, stock/inventory handling, and adherence to GDPR as well as health and safety requirements.
  • Use digital and IT systems efficiently to improve customer interaction and business workflows, including Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
  • A self-driven attitude, a positive mindset, and solid professional selling ability.
  • Excellent customer orientation, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
  • Awareness of current industry trends and a good understanding of the local market across both online and offline channels.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business and customer needs.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
