About Sand Dollar Dubai
Sand Dollar Dubai is a premier luxury beachwear and resortwear boutique based in Arjan, Dubai. The brand curates exquisite collections featuring exclusive labels and top international designers, offering customers a unique shopping experience.
Position Overview
We are inviting applications for two Sales Assistant roles and one Stockroom Assistant role to join our expanding team. These full-time positions require working six days a week onsite in Dubai.
Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to craft memorable shopping experiences and foster customer loyalty.
- Guide customers in product choices and styling suggestions.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet or surpass individual and team sales objectives.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and tidy store presentation standards.
- Restock merchandise and partake in inventory oversight.
- Assist with promotional activities, product launches, and store events.
- Uphold the Sand Dollar brand image with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Sales Assistant Requirements
- Prior hands-on retail sales experience is mandatory.
- Proven customer service background.
- Fluency in English combined with excellent communication skills.
- A confident, positive, and professional demeanor.
- A genuine passion for fashion and the luxury retail sector.
- Team-oriented mindset with proactive engagement.
Stockroom Assistant Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming stock shipments.
- Accurately pick customer orders for dispatch.
- Keep the stockroom neat, organized, and efficient.
- Support inventory auditing and stock management tasks.
- Assist with stock transfers and replenishment for retail outlets.
- Promptly report any stock irregularities or damaged items.
- Collaborate closely with sales staff to ensure adequate stock availability.
Stockroom Assistant Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse, stockroom, or retail inventory roles is desirable.
- Fluent English communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Dependable, hardworking, and physically capable of stock handling.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
