- Increase new member sales while protecting and improving retention of current members.
- Take responsibility for the club activity planner and make sure initiatives are properly planned, delivered, and effective.
- Create fresh lead-generation approaches for both internal and external audiences.
- Track dashboards and KPI performance, share meaningful insights with the team, and help keep targets on track.
- Grow all revenue streams, including memberships, products, and secondary spend, to support profitability.
- Prepare and present monthly sales updates to the wider management group.
- Develop local business relationships and pursue #WeMoveBusinesses opportunities.
- Set the standard on the reception desk and gym floor in a highly member-focused role.
- Participate in national campaigns such as #WorkoutWednesday and #WeCommunicate.
- Offer clear, constructive feedback to colleagues to help improve their performance and growth.
- Support the General Manager with operational areas such as health and safety, facilities, maintenance, recruitment, and site presentation.
