Job description
Opportunity
All & Sundry is an Airtable consulting firm that partners with major enterprise organizations such as Walmart, Uber, Amazon, and Raising Cane’s. The company designs Airtable-based systems that replace outdated tools and support essential business operations, and it is expanding quickly.
This role sits at the overlap of sales and marketing. You will partner with the VP of Revenue and the sales team to build pipeline, strengthen brand visibility, and place the business in front of the right prospective clients.
This is a blended position rather than a single-function role. The right person should be equally comfortable creating strong content and following up with promising leads.
What you will do
- Take ownership of the content calendar, including blog posts, case studies, LinkedIn content, email campaigns, and other content that drives results.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns aimed at building awareness and attracting inbound interest from enterprise buyers.
- Shape positioning and messaging that clearly explains what differentiates All & Sundry, beyond simply using Airtable.
- Manage the company’s listings on the Airtable partner marketplace and other relevant directories.
- Monitor performance, own key metrics, share updates with leadership, and refine efforts based on data.
- Support outbound prospecting with the sales team by identifying targets, researching accounts, and helping craft outreach.
- Respond to inbound leads and warm referrals, qualify them, and route them to the appropriate team member.
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as case studies, one-pagers, proposal templates, and pitch decks.
- Prepare the team for client conversations by gathering account research, competitive context, and messaging tailored to specific industries.
- Spot referral and partnership opportunities and help build those relationships.
- Maintain a polished and consistent external brand presence across the website, social channels, and partner profiles.
- Build relationships within the Airtable community and nearby ecosystem partners.
- Identify opportunities to appear at events, in publications, and in conversations where target clients are active.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales, with hands-on exposure to both areas rather than only surface-level familiarity.
- Strong writing ability with the skill to explain a technical product clearly to a non-technical audience without oversimplifying it.
- A track record of generating pipeline through content, outbound activity, referrals, or a combination of these channels.
- Experience marketing or selling to enterprise customers with long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and high-stakes decisions.
- Comfort working in a small, fast-paced environment where you are accountable for your own results.
- Familiarity with Airtable or the broader no-code / low-code ecosystem is preferred.
- Experience in a consulting firm, agency, or implementation partner is preferred.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing is preferred.
- Existing connections within the Airtable partner ecosystem are preferred.
Success in the first 90 days
- You develop a clear understanding of the clients, competitors, and what makes the company the right fit.
- At least one content asset or campaign is launched and begins generating engagement.
- You are actively helping the sales team with outbound activity and inbound follow-up.
- The sales team views you as a valuable contributor, not as overhead.
- You identify two or three promising channels or partnership opportunities and present them to leadership.
Compensation and details
- The role can be full time, part time, or contract.
- It is remote-first, with a preference for candidates based in the Americas.
- Full-time employees are eligible for competitive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and more.
- Unlimited or flexible PTO is offered, with an expectation of at least 15 business days off per year.
- Full-time employees receive 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 4 weeks for non-birthing parents.
- The company observes 10 holidays and also provides two extended breaks: Thanksgiving week from Nov 23-27 and a Year-End Rest & Recharge from Dec 22-Jan 3.
- Employment is at will, and an employment agreement must be signed before the start date.
- The role must follow ISMS / ISO 27001 policies.
Eligibility
Applicants should be able to work remotely with preference for the Americas and be comfortable operating under the company’s employment agreement and security policy requirements.
