Job description
Role overview
A respected industrial raw materials and cosmetics business is hiring experienced sales supervisors and sales/marketing team members to support branch growth. This is a performance-led position focused on increasing revenue, reaching targets, and helping the company expand its customer base. The company offers an attractive salary package with incentives.
Location
The job is based in Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana. Candidates must live near Weija for their application to be considered, including areas such as Dansoman, Kasoa, Kaneshie, Mallam, and nearby communities. Additional openings are also available at Spintex and North Kaneshie.
Candidate profile
The employer is looking for someone with prior experience in sales, preferably in a retail setting. The ideal person should be able to handle everyday sales and marketing tasks, work flexible hours, and perform well under pressure.
Key duties
- Support branch sales growth and help achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Deliver strong customer service while identifying new opportunities to sell.
- Keep the shop area neat, orderly, and well maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet overall business goals.
- Process customer transactions through point-of-sale software.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a retail sales and marketing environment is preferred.
- Must live close to Weija or in the surrounding areas mentioned above.
- Availability for late shifts, weekends, on-demand work, and overtime when needed.
- Strong work ethic and a high level of reliability.
- Experience using retail POS systems is required.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- A driving license would be an advantage.
