Experience and Compensation

Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience. The compensation offered is up to INR 4.25 LPA, along with incentives and other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Build and guide a business development team.
• Run training programs that help improve team output.
• Assist the team in creating new business opportunities.
• Organize and carry out field sales efforts.
• Track productivity and provide ongoing support and coaching.
• Develop strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor business results on a regular basis.
• Work toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Candidate Requirements

• A graduation degree is required.
• Applicants should have at least 1 year of field sales experience.

• Willingness to travel locally is necessary.
