Overview
Join CJ Bagbox Packaging as a Sales and Marketing Executive, geared to drive business growth by acquiring customers and promoting packaging products through direct client engagement and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and create new business prospects and secure customers interested in packaging solutions.
- Engage clients including industries, wholesalers, and retailers by visiting them to showcase company offerings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet defined monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Prepare and present quotations, conduct price negotiations, and successfully close deals.
- Follow up with current clients to encourage continued business partnerships.
- Perform market analysis to discover new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Work closely with production and dispatch departments to ensure prompt fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain comprehensive daily sales logs and up-to-date customer records.
- Professionally represent the company at client meetings and industry exhibitions.
Compensation Details
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000, with an additional performance-based incentive of up to ₹5,000 per month.
