About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and motivated individual to join our active running and fitness store in Hyderabad. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has a passion for fitness, and is skilled at creating captivating social media content while managing marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Create compelling Instagram stories, reels, and posts to engage the audience.
• Manage and respond to inquiries on social media platforms promptly.
• Bring innovative ideas to increase brand awareness.
• Support in-store marketing promotions and events.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate running and fitness footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong enthusiasm for running, fitness, or sports.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Sound understanding of sales and marketing principles and practical experience in execution.
• Competency in social media content creation.
• Confident, positive, and energetic personality.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Previous sales and marketing experience is beneficial but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
