Role Overview and Responsibilities

This position requires a highly knowledgeable sales professional with extensive experience in the steel and tube industry across Maharashtra and Pan India. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling premium ASP Tubes, distinguishing them from competitor brands, and driving the brand toward industry leadership. This role demands building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, fabricators, OEMs, and project customers, along with consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage in-depth understanding of Maharashtra and Pan India steel markets to drive sales.
• Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks effectively.
• Execute superior customer follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
• Travel extensively throughout Maharashtra and other regions in India to meet clients and dealers.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Proven track record as a top-performing salesperson in the steel and tube sector.
• In-depth knowledge of stainless steel tubes and pipes industry preferred.
• Demonstrated long-term stability and experience in prior organizations; preference for candidates with fewer job changes.
• Self-motivated, aggressive, and results-driven personality.
• Well-established dealer network and solid industry contacts are beneficial.
• Strong communication and persuasion capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and Pan India.
• Commitment to long-term growth with ASP Tubes.

Additional Information

This role is based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, and offers a monthly salary between 20,000 and 25,000 INR. Aspiring applicants should be those who seek to grow with the company and establish ASP Tubes as a leading premium stainless steel tube brand in India.
