Role Overview

The company is looking for a Sales and Logistics Coordinator who can support both commercial and operational activities. The position involves close coordination with leadership, customers, vendors, and internal teams, while also contributing to logistics management and store support.

Required Profile

The ideal candidate may be a man or woman and should be fluent in English, have a car, and be fully proficient with Office tools. A polished appearance and professional manner are important. Prior experience in sales and advertising is required, and experience in social media and/or design will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

This role includes assisting the CEO on a daily basis with assigned projects and tasks, contributing ideas and practical solutions, and supporting a wide range of business needs.

The coordinator will handle client requests, visit customers when needed, help manage their inventory, propose solutions, and take responsibility for after-sales service oversight.

The position also requires participation in trade fairs and promotional sales activities for Heliconia, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with the Heliconia team, collaborators, suppliers, and customers.

Store Support - Casco Viejo

Support is expected for Inner Circle activities once a month on Sundays, and for Casco Peatonal once a month. The coordinator will also help organize activities in the store and for clients outside the store, visit the Casco Viejo location as needed during the week, assist sales staff, coordinate schedules and replacements, review inventory, follow up on orders, and support warehouse-related actions.

The coordinator will oversee two salespeople at the Heliconia store in Casco Viejo, as well as one cleaning and support staff member.

Logistics Scope

The role covers coordination of logistics operations for Heliconia products across the full chain: pre-production, production, storage, transportation, warehousing, and distribution in Panama and internationally.

It also includes transportation logistics and import/export procedures, working alongside the customs broker and transport service provider. In addition, the coordinator will monitor warehouse inventory and ensure it is properly connected with Shopify, including Amazon and Servientrega sales channels, and support web sales operations.

Other Conditions

This position requires willingness to travel. Occasional personal errands may also be assigned. The contract is for one year and may be extended depending on performance. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Saturdays worked only when necessary and scheduled in advance.

Compensation

The monthly salary is $2,500.
