About the Role
Opu's Holidays is seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to join their team remotely, focusing on expanding clientele for tours to India. This role centers on developing meaningful travel experiences by connecting with potential customers and partners across Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Please note that only candidates holding valid work permits in these regions will be eligible. The company does not utilize online advertising on social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients interested in Indian tour packages.
- Build and nurture relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and direct clients to increase business opportunities.
- Design and deliver customized travel solutions tailored to client preferences and budgets.
- Monitor sales performance data to spot market trends and uncover growth prospects.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid work permit for Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand is mandatory; applications from other regions will not be considered.
- At least one year of experience in sales or client acquisition roles; prior experience in the travel sector is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Preferably, familiarity with India's travel market and cultural context, though this is not essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with a broad and diverse clientele.
Compensation and Benefits
The remuneration model is based on profit-sharing, commonly at a minimum of 10% of the total customer invoice value, offering attractive earning opportunities that often surpass typical salary structures.
