Role summary

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to uncover new opportunities, develop lasting client partnerships, and support the company’s growth in the Saudi market. The position is full time and based onsite, with a hybrid working format mentioned in the source description.

Key responsibilities

  • Spot and actively pursue fresh project leads within the construction and fit-out market.
  • Create and sustain strong professional relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project managers.
  • Set up and participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Build a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and keep lead activity moving forward.
  • Track and follow up on tenders, RFQs, and incoming project enquiries.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated prior success in business development, lead generation, sales, and client relationship management, ideally in construction, fit-out, real estate, or a similar field.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Good networking ability and a strong approach to building professional relationships.
  • Well-groomed professional presence and sound business etiquette.
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and focused on targets.
  • Having an established network in the Saudi market is a notable plus.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred.
