Role Summary

This position is a full-time hybrid opportunity in Accra, combining in-office responsibilities with some remote flexibility. The Sales and Administration Executive will take ownership of sales-related activities, promote and sell the company’s services, help secure business deals, and deliver strong customer support. The role also includes handling administrative coordination and assisting with training efforts for both clients and internal staff.

The role is important in strengthening client relationships, contributing to revenue expansion, and keeping business operations organized and efficient.

Key Duties

  • Handle day-to-day sales activities and actively promote the company’s consulting services.
  • Work toward converting prospects into clients and closing business opportunities.
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate administrative work to support smooth office and business operations.
  • Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Support relationship-building efforts that improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to business growth by helping meet sales goals and targets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Effective communication and customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prior exposure to sales and sales management is needed, along with the ability to meet targets and support business growth.
  • Experience in arranging and conducting training sessions is important for team and client development.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational ability are required for administrative coordination.
  • The ability to perform well in a busy hybrid work setting with professionalism and flexibility is necessary.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
  • Background experience in consulting or a similar industry will be considered an advantage.

Work Setup

The role is based in Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana, with a hybrid arrangement that allows some work to be done remotely.
