Role Summary

Based in Jeddah, this position is for a Sales Analyst working in a hybrid setup with AlMozn National Co. For Home Appliances Limited. The role is centered on turning sales data into clear insights, improving reporting quality, supporting commercial decisions, and helping strengthen CRM and sales process automation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, timely analysis that helps improve decision-making and supports commercial planning.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines covering primary and secondary sales, product groups, and geographic information while keeping data reliable and consistent.
  • Prepare recurring management reports and dashboard-style sales summaries aligned with team goals.
  • Assist in automating and refining sales workflows, with particular emphasis on CRM development and enhancement.
  • Record, structure, and map business processes to increase efficiency and improve collaboration across functions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related area.
  • About 6 to 12 months of experience in a sales analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical position.
  • Strong analytical ability with the capability to interpret complex data and convert it into practical recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and an interest in process automation.
  • A detail-oriented, well-structured work approach and the ability to handle several data sources at once.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
