Job description
Role Overview
The Sales & Accounts Executive position at Geostep IT India, located in Mumbai, involves handling diverse sales and account management functions critical to the company’s operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Generate and manage quotations including Bills of Materials (BOM), pricing coordination, revisions, and comparison analyses.
- Process orders comprehensively, covering sales orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with customers actively, overseeing approval follow-ups, purchase order collections, delivery scheduling, and related documentation.
- Manage sales-related documentation such as invoicing and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
- Track customer renewals diligently across warranties, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and software services including Microsoft 365, antivirus, backup solutions, and CCTV AMCs.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and dashboards, including daily MIS, weekly sales reports, pending quotations, and order status updates.
- Analyze sales data to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
