Sales Account Deputy Manager / Manager

Overview

The Sales Accountant position is integral for managing all financial operations related to sales. This role encompasses invoicing, VAT compliance, revenue tracking, debtor account reconciliation, and inventory monitoring to ensure business profitability and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating, issuing, and maintaining accurate sales invoices with correct unit pricing and quantities.
• Recording sales revenue and managing Value Added Tax (VAT) to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Reconciling accounts of customers and debts alongside accounting personnel to verify financial accuracy.
• Tracking all sales transactions and managing customer vouchers to align with inventory and warehouse records.
• Monitoring sales data, expenses, and contributing to the evaluation of overall business profitability.
• Maintaining up-to-date customer and supplier information to support smooth sales activities.
• Supporting the sales team in developing channel partners such as dealers and distributors.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in accounting software such as SAP HANA and Microsoft Excel.
• Comprehensive understanding of tax regulations relevant to sales accounting.
• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret financial and sales data.
• Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and data entry processes.
