This opportunity involves joining a progressive, mid-sized training medical practice currently undergoing significant development under a dedicated GP leader focused on turnaround and growth. The practice employs a large multidisciplinary team including advanced nurse practitioners, paramedics, pharmacists, nurses, and healthcare assistants. There is a strong commitment to reducing administrative workload for GPs and facilitating high-quality patient care through suitable systems and innovative models.

Role Overview

• Position: Salaried GP
• Sessions available: 4 to 8, offering flexible arrangements
• Consultations: Longer than average 15-minute appointments, focused especially on complex clinical cases
• Workload: Combination of face-to-face, telephone, and triage consultations with very limited home visits
• Team Culture: Supportive with close senior GP leadership input and a buddy-supported duty system to minimize administrative burden

Candidate Profile

• Qualified as General Practitioner registered with GMC and on the UK performers list

Salary and Benefits

• Compensation: £10,500 to £12,000 per session depending on experience
• Indemnity fees fully covered
