Job description

Role overview

NSUS Group is hiring an ambitious Responsible Gaming Executive for its Dublin office. This position sits within the Responsible Gaming function and is central to protecting GGPoker customers as effectively as possible. You will report to the Responsible Gaming Manager and work closely with the customer relations team and other internal stakeholders.

The role involves reviewing player activity, serving as an escalation contact for responsible gambling queries, and speaking directly with GGPoker-brand players where needed. The company operates across online gaming, including card games, casino products, and sports betting, and is looking for someone with solid experience in the sector who can stay focused and deliver consistently.

Working pattern

The standard schedule is 08:00 to 17:00, five days per week. The exact days will be agreed through consultation and will depend on business requirements.

Key duties

  • Track player behaviour by monitoring risk indicators and applying the relevant policies and procedures.
  • Keep accurate records of all actions taken so they can be used for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Act as an escalation point for the customer service team and the wider business on responsible gambling matters.
  • Reach out to customers to check that their betting and gaming activity remains comfortable and appropriate, while watching for any warning signs of harm.
  • Work with the Responsible Gaming Manager each day to ensure customer interactions are handled and documented properly.
  • Coordinate regularly with the CSF team to review and address any concerning behaviour identified through customer contact.
  • Engage with the relevant stakeholders and collaborate wherever needed to support responsible gaming outcomes.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Responsible Gaming Manager, who will be your reporting line.

Required experience and capabilities

  • Fluent English and strong communication skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in line with changing business demands.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good prioritisation and decision-making ability, with the capacity to handle a large workload.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • A compassionate approach is essential for this position.

Preferred background

  • Interest in online gaming, including poker and sports betting, along with an understanding of the industry.
  • Enthusiasm for being part of a friendly, energetic team.
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment, preferably in a compliance-related role.

Values

  • Integrity: act reliably, communicate honestly, take responsibility for your actions, and consistently choose the right course when customer obligations are involved.
  • Collaboration: work constructively with others and focus on solving problems as a team.
  • Positive attitude: stay open-minded, keep momentum when tackling tasks, and contribute positively to shared goals.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with an industry-leading performance bonus.
  • Private health insurance and pension contribution.
  • Subsidised gym membership, subsidised travel cards, and parking support.
