The company operates across online gaming, including card games, casino products, and sports betting, and is looking for someone with solid experience in the sector who can stay focused and deliver consistently.

- Act as an escalation point for the customer service team and the wider business on responsible gambling matters.
- Reach out to customers to check that their betting and gaming activity remains comfortable and appropriate, while watching for any warning signs of harm.
- Work with the Responsible Gaming Manager each day to ensure customer interactions are handled and documented properly.
- Coordinate regularly with the CSF team to review and address any concerning behaviour identified through customer contact.
- Engage with the relevant stakeholders and collaborate wherever needed to support responsible gaming outcomes.
