Role overview
For an internationally leading company in sheet metal processing, we are looking for a committed Sales & Aftersales support specialist to join as soon as possible. The role suits someone with strong organizational skills, a structured way of working, and enjoyment in communicating with customers and internal departments. Key responsibilities
- Process quotations and handle orders in the sales and after-sales area from start to finish.
- Respond to customer requests and coordinate technical requirements with the relevant specialist teams.
- Track and manage orders through to timely delivery.
- Organize shipping orders and coordinate closely with freight forwarders.
- Prepare invoices for product deliveries and services.
- Maintain customer and order data in CRM and ERP systems.
- Support administrative and sales-related tasks and help improve internal processes.
Candidate profile
- Completed commercial training, such as industrial clerk, office management clerk, or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial professional experience in order processing, customer service, clerical work, or inside sales; experience in after-sales is an advantage.
- Technical understanding and ideally experience in an industrial or technical environment.
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP and/or CRM systems.
- Strong customer focus, service orientation, communication skills, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style with resilience, flexibility, and a willingness to actively shape processes and take responsibility.
