About the Role
We are hiring a dedicated RTO Telecaller to manage communication with customers regarding Return to Origin (RTO) orders, ensuring smooth resolution and successful deliveries. This position is based in Hubli, Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers for updates on RTO orders and confirm their interest in receiving the shipment again.
- Verify and update customer delivery addresses and contact details accurately.
- Troubleshoot delivery challenges such as incorrect addresses, unavailability of customers, failed delivery attempts, delivery partner issues, and pincode errors.
- Support customers with OTP verifications including confirmation and cancellations where needed.
- Address payment-related concerns such as clarifying cash on delivery (COD) amounts, resolving amount discrepancies, and confirming payments.
- Liaise with India Post to coordinate re-dispatch of verified RTO consignments.
- Provide customers with timely delivery updates and tracking details.
- Maintain comprehensive records of interactions and current order statuses.
- Conduct follow-ups until orders are delivered successfully or the case is resolved.
- Escalate any unresolved problems to the relevant internal departments promptly.
