About the Role

Join Honey Bucket, a branch of Northwest Cascade, an employee-owned business operating across seven states with over 750 staff members. The company specializes in portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. Honey Bucket offers committed workers more than just a salary—they provide a supportive work environment with growth opportunities.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Independently and energetically drive routes to service portable restrooms, maintaining the high-quality standards that distinguish Honey Bucket from competitors.
  • Begin each day by promptly collecting trucks and necessary supplies from the yard.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance on portable restrooms, dividing time roughly equally between driving and servicing.
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and customers to coordinate service delivery.
  • Work extended hours, potentially over 10 hours per day, including overtime and weekend shifts during peak seasons.
  • Engage in physically demanding tasks requiring lifting, reaching, and bending continuously.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full-time, year-round employment with opportunities for overtime.
  • Starting pay at $20.00 per hour, increasing to $24.50 per hour after one year based on performance.
  • Work schedule generally from 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with some possible weekend shifts.
  • Employer covers medical, vision, and dental insurance, with discounted family rates available.
  • Paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan featuring company matching contributions.
  • Training on the job and tuition reimbursement programs.

Requirements

  • Ability to work primarily in Highlands, TX, with secondary locations including Conroe and Pearland, TX.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a physically challenging role.
  • A clean driving record and ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • Subject to pre-employment and random drug screenings, including THC, as a safety-sensitive position.
  • Capability to repeatedly lift between 50 and 150 pounds.

Training Provided

  • Company-sponsored one-week training program at either Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA, referred to as "Honey Bucket University."
