Role Overview

This full-time, onsite position based in Dubai requires executing high-level cleaning, maintenance, and inspection utilizing rope access equipment. Responsibilities encompass planning and installing rope access gear, performing work on building facades and elevated structures, and promptly reporting defects or safety concerns to supervisors. The role includes carrying out window washing, façade upkeep, and aiding specialized access or rescue tasks when necessary. The technician will collaborate with team members, rigorously follow safety protocols, and maintain accurate documentation for performed tasks, risk evaluations, and inspections.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficient rope access expertise with valid IRATA certification and practical experience in high-level access systems.
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge related to working at height, safety protocols, fall prevention, and risk assessments.
• Professional experience in high-rise window cleaning and complex façade maintenance.
• Competence in inspection activities, defect recognition, documenting findings, and aiding maintenance scheduling.
• Background in high-level cleaning, building maintenance, or industrial services with experience on commercial or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards; familiarity with ISO and IRATA standards advantageous.
• Physical fitness suitable for demanding tasks and equipment handling at height.
• Basic spoken and written English skills to comprehend technical instructions and safety principles.
• Certifications or training in first aid, rescue methods, or safety management considered a plus.
• Flexible attitude towards working hours and ability to adapt to variable site conditions and project demands.
