Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a warm, confident, and collaborative Preschool Room Leader to join our Only About Children Asquith center. In this position, you will oversee the daily routines of the Preschool room, foster intentional teaching practices, and create a nurturing, play-focused environment where children feel secure, supported, and motivated to learn.
About Our Campus
The Asquith campus features purpose-built, bright indoor spaces divided by age groups and spacious outdoor areas designed to encourage exploration, physical activity, and imaginative play. The campus includes two Preschool rooms with a dedicated team of passionate educators and allied health professionals who implement the play-based Grow Curriculum, supporting children's growth and development daily.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Experience leading or supporting a Preschool room
- Deep knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework
- Dedicated to creating meaningful, play-based learning experiences
- Positive and cooperative attitude towards teamwork
