Room Leader

About The Role

We are seeking a confident and creative Room Leader to oversee the classroom at our Bridgeman Downs campus. You will foster a nurturing play-based learning environment aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), guiding and supporting children’s development. In this leadership capacity, you will mentor fellow educators and help cultivate collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications and Experience

This position is ideal for educators holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-recognized equivalent) with prior experience in leading or assisting classroom leadership. A strong grasp of the EYLF and the National Quality Framework is essential.
